In accordance with Governor Whitmer’s order to shelter-in-place, Gardner Management will staff our office with the minimum number of employees required to perform the essential functions only. Dues will be collected and bills will be paid to continue essential services.
We will not have a live receptionist and emergency maintenance calls will go to the answering service, as they normally would after-hours or on weekends.
Maintenance response will be limited to health/safety and prevention of imminent property damage.
Many sub-contractors will not qualify as essential services, therefore we’ll have to deal with those challenges in real-time to the extent possible.
With a reduced staff, we will continue to read and respond to emails as well as prepare financial statements. Disruption and delays in email response time and financial reporting are expected. We appreciate your patience as we all work through this crisis.
